From weddings to henna nights, one RSVP system for every celebration.

For Gülce Davet’s weddings, engagements and henna nights, we developed RSVP software that collects guest replies and lets the team and the family follow the process at the same time. It works with SMS and WhatsApp integrations: invitations reach guests through these channels, and guests can also reply on WhatsApp.

From invitation to welcome,
Gülce Davet’s signature at every step.

We designed the invitation guests open, the table details they receive once they accept and the screen the welcome team uses on the day with Gülce Davet’s logo and colours. From their very first reply, guests know which company is behind the celebration.

A Gülce Davet invitation on a phone: Elif & Kaan, the date and venue, a field to choose how many people will attend, and buttons to accept or decline
Table information on a phone for a guest who accepted: “Masa 7”, the guest’s name, a two-person invitation, the date, the venue and a directions button
The family’s panel for the Elif & Kaan wedding: counts of pending, declining, attending and total guests, above a list showing each guest’s reply
The welcome team’s screen: attending guests listed with their party size, table number and the number of people at each table
The event editing screen in the Gülce Davet admin panel: pending, declining and attending guest counts, basic details, and WhatsApp and SMS notification tabs

About the RSVP software.

RSVP software makes it clear well before an event who is coming and how many people they are bringing. At Gülce Davet, the team loads the guest list into the system, invitations go out with a personal link for each guest, and replies and table details are collected in the same list. The organising team and the family both see where the event stands from one place.

Every guest receives their own link. On that page they see the date and venue and choose whether they are coming and how many people will attend. When the invitation arrives on WhatsApp, guests can also reply with the buttons in the message. They can change their answer until the reply deadline.

The hosting family signs in to its own panel, which shows the number of pending, declining and attending guests and each guest’s reply. The family can add new guests and export the list.

Guests who accept receive a second link by SMS or WhatsApp before the event. It shows their table number, how many people the invitation covers, the date, the venue and directions.

On the day, the welcome team sees attending guests, their table numbers and how many people sit at each table on its own screen. Opening a guest’s record also lists the other guests at the same table.

Yes. An event can be copied together with its guest list into a new event, and if needed only the guests who accepted are carried over. Invitations for the new event can then be sent again.

the next idea together.
