A corporate publication is a company in its own words.

We bring the organization’s story, fields of work, and proof into a single narrative order; from introductory booklets to corporate presentations and special publications, we build the content and page design together with the brand’s identity.

When a company introduces itself for the first time

We prepare introductory booklets and company profiles that order the organization, what it does, and how it works for someone reading about it for the first time; we show capabilities through examples instead of lists.

When a meeting calls for a presentation

We build corporate presentations for sales and investor meetings in a page order that supports the speaker’s story, leaving a single idea on each page.

When a special year or milestone arrives

For founding anniversaries and special periods, we design special publications that bring the company’s past, its archive images, and its present together in the same narrative.

Before page design begins, it should be clear what the publication will say.

We build the content structure before the design: we move on to the pages only after deciding which section answers which question, where each piece of proof sits, and what tone the text takes. We then write or edit the texts according to this structure.

While planning the publication.

Yes. We write the texts from the information the organization gives us and from the interviews we conduct, or edit existing texts to fit the publication’s structure. When needed, we also prepare versions in English and other languages.

Yes. Printing is done at our partner printer; we choose paper, binding, and special finishes together, check the proof, and follow the process through to delivery. The responsibility for the job is ours.

Yes. We prepare a PDF version of the printed publication for reading on screen, or a digital version that can be published on your website, in the same layout.

We select documents and photographs from the archive together with you and order them according to the publication’s narrative. Through that selection, we also decide which period will be told through which images.

Yes. We first look at who uses the current booklet, in which meetings, and for what purpose; we set the scope of the redesign accordingly.
