We turned an idea, name and all, into a product.

Fidkeep is software that gathers a business’s Google reviews in one panel, drafts a reply to each in the location’s brand voice and turns reviews into operational decisions through monthly reports. We designed and developed the product’s name, identity, software, website and launch films.

Both the name and the symbol come from holding on to feedback.

We renamed the product, until then called Reply Pilot, Fidkeep, from the words feedback and keep. The four-point star left open at the centre of its speech-bubble symbol carries the direction every review gives a business.

Naming and Corporate Identity

We set Fidkeep green as the one accent recognised at first glance on screen and in print; in the brand’s photography, too, only a single green object enters the frame.

Software

We brought every step, from a review arriving to the reply going live on Google, into a single panel. AI drafts a reply in each location’s tone, while the decision to publish always stays with the team.

Website

We designed and developed fidkeep.com in Turkish and English, presenting the product through its real screens and giving every sector a page of its own.

Social Media

We turned the everyday moments businesses live through with reviews into social posts, told through familiar objects from a mailbox to a phone left off the hook.

About Fidkeep’s name, identity and software.

Fidkeep is software that gathers a business’s Google Business Profile reviews in one panel. It drafts a reply to each review in the location’s brand voice, publishes the reply on Google once the team approves it, and shows in a monthly report which topics are piling up at which location.

The product’s working name was Reply Pilot; because it does more than reply to reviews, we created the name Fidkeep from the words feedback and keep. The four-point star left open at the centre of the speech-bubble symbol stands for the direction every review gives a business, and Fidkeep green is used as the one accent colour on screen and in print.

No. The AI reads each review’s language, content and rating and prepares a draft; the team edits and approves it. Automatic publishing under set rules can be switched on if needed. The figures in the monthly report are not generated by AI but calculated from review data; the AI only writes the narrative.

We built the customer app and the admin panel with TanStack Start and the back end with Encore.ts, with data stored in PostgreSQL. Google syncing, reply drafting, publishing and reporting run as queue-based jobs. fidkeep.com, published in Turkish and English, was built with Astro and Payload CMS.

Today Fidkeep works with Google Business Profile, that is, Google Maps reviews. Yandex Maps and Tripadvisor integrations are on the roadmap, followed by Instagram and Facebook.

the next idea together.
