We developed RSVP software and a mobile app for ByMehmet Organizasyon, in use since 2023. From preparing the event to the night itself, the organising team, the family and the welcome staff all work in the same system.
A QR code scanned at the door
guides each guest to their table.
Every guest who accepts gets a ticket with their own QR code. When the host scans it, the guest’s name and table number open on screen.
The family and the welcome team
follow the guest list from the app.
In the mobile app, the family sees incoming replies and the expected headcount. The welcome team can split the list by the bride’s and the groom’s side and search names by voice.
About the RSVP software and mobile app.
RSVP software collects in advance who is coming to an event and with how many people, and helps guide each guest to the right table on the day. In the system ByMehmet Organizasyon has used since 2023, invitations go out by SMS with a personal link for each guest, and the family and the welcome team follow the list on the web or in the mobile app.
In the link that arrives by SMS, guests see the date and venue, choose how many people are coming and say whether they will attend. Guests who accept receive a ticket page showing their table number.
Every guest who accepts has their own QR code on their ticket. When the host scans it on the day, the guest’s name, phone number and table number open on screen, and the guest is guided to their table.
The hosting family and the welcome team. The family sees incoming replies and the numbers of pending and attending guests, and can add guests to the list. The welcome team reaches the guest list and table details from the app on the day.
The list can be sorted by name or table number and split by the bride’s and the groom’s side. Names can be typed or searched by voice, and the Pax table showing the headcount per table is on the same screen.
Yes. The full list, pending, attending and declining guests can be downloaded as Excel files, and the welcome team can also download the Pax list with headcounts per table.
