Invitations and replies, all on WhatsApp.

We adapted the RSVP software we developed for event organisers to Bilgearif Organizasyon’s weddings, engagements, civil ceremonies and henna nights, with the company’s own logo and colours. Through SMS and WhatsApp integrations, the invitation reaches guests on their phones and they can reply on WhatsApp.

With every reply,
the picture of the event gets a little clearer.

Guests confirm whether they are coming, and how many of them, from the invitation. The team and the family see the expected headcount at the same time and plan the seating around it.

About the RSVP software.

RSVP software lets hosts collect replies from their guests and know in advance how many people will attend. At Bilgearif Organizasyon, invitations go out by SMS and WhatsApp with a personal link for each guest, and replies, headcounts and table details are collected in one list.

The system is used for weddings, henna nights, engagements and civil ceremonies, as well as mevlit gatherings and private events. Each event type opens with its own details; a wedding invitation, for example, shows the names of the bride and groom and their families.

Yes. With the buttons in the WhatsApp invitation, guests can say whether they are coming directly from the message, and the reply is recorded in the list. Guests who want to change how many people are coming can do so from the link in the invitation.

Yes. For every event, separate SMS and WhatsApp templates are set up for the invitation and the table details message. The team can send messages to every guest or only to the people it selects.

At Bilgearif Organizasyon, the invitation guests open, the table details page and the family’s panel are designed with the company’s logo and colours. While replying, guests see the organiser behind the event.

As replies come in, the numbers of pending, declining and attending guests update in the panel. On the day, the welcome team sees attending guests with their table numbers and the number of people at each table.
