How close can your memory get?

  1. Play five rounds. Each round shows a new color for 3–7 seconds, depending on your difficulty.
  2. Once the color disappears, recreate it using hue, saturation and brightness. You can also adjust the sliders with your keyboard's arrow keys.
  3. Submit before the timer runs out. A submitted color cannot be changed; a round without a submitted guess earns no points.
  4. Each round earns up to 100 points based on perceptual color closeness. A guess your eye couldn't tell apart scores full marks; scoring is identical at every difficulty, which only changes the timers and the color pool. The five-round total is out of 500.
  5. The result screen shows how far each of the hue, saturation and brightness sliders drifted. The slider that cost the most points is marked in orange.
  6. Two-player games use the same colors and timers. Both players must be ready to start; comparisons appear after both guesses are in.
